Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!

Mobicreds service is utterly *******! They have all these means of contacting them but neither of them are effective! I have emailed, called and Whatsapped them to correct a debiting issue but haven't been successful. My account was in arrears, unbeknownst to me, instead of debiting the amount owed they kept debiting the installment amount for almost a year. I only found out about these arrears when I attempted to use the facility and made an arrangement to settle the arrears in two debit orders, even after all the efforts I have made, I'm still sitting with arrears and can't use the facility. If you do not have an account with them, I would advise you to stay away, their customer service is appalling!
