Worst Company ever

I have had endless problems with this company and all I can say is that they are a bunch of ******. I have made a purchase for R3999 in Nov 2017 and had a contract to pay it off in 24 months. I am still paying for it to this day and every month they add interest and monthly fee, so it is in there interest to prolong payments. I have contact their customer service on many occasions but they are too *********** to sort it out. They did not give me a copy of my contract when requested and refused to tell me reasons why payments are gone over 24months. I didnt even need their credit facility as I had the cash and just wanted to see if it was as good as advertised, clearly it is not.
