Worst Call Centre ever

Don't want to give any star except if minus -1 million. the last 2 months they have made mistakes with my debit orders. every time I had to pay in after wrong or no deductions. I have to call in numerous times to get help. every time a different story. every time they block my account when it is not in arrears, and then after also complaining on their treatment over the phone, their lies and non-help it takes weeks to get my account active and then they go and do the same thing again. I have to pay all the bank fees and then the EFT and then all the calls ext. The call center is rude to clients, they are extremely unprofessional, and never ever do what they do what they promise. This is one credit place i will never recommend. Yesterday they plead to me not to put this on Hollopeter. promised it will be sorted by 11 and by 12 my account will be open. And also, they promised they will call me and send an SMS. Well, it is like 12;50. No calls and no SMS. Account still not active. The same as from beginning of December. Every time I call or complain, their promises is not done, or they have a rude way of talking. Worst place ever,
