Wonderful representative horrible company standards

Do not be fooled by the 5 stars i am not writing this for mobicreds great service their service is ********** and takes forever to get absolutely nowhere,

As a good paying client who has not once missed a payment or anything i feel extremely disheartened that im treated like a ******** when using any of thier contact lines be it phone, whatsapp, facebook, twitter or Instagram you are greeted and deleted. No reply other than generic BS about well get to you,

No this review is about the representative named Jamie she was extremely helpful and stayed on the call with me untill my locked account (locked since 2 weeks ago) Was completely fixed and i was able to continue as usual so to you Jamie i say thank you and cincerly hope youre appreciated there.
