Willing to help
Waseema was the only person that was willing to help me with my application, I have been trying for a week to get my application through. Everyone else just past the buck or put the phone down, The whatsapp helpline is totally useless as no-one even tries to help you and responds only hours later or just closes the whatsapp call.
