Will dispute and STOP payment!!!

So, this is the same cvomplaint as the hundreds before me, just in the last three day on HELLOPETER. On 15 June was my last transaction with Mobicred and all went well. then without knowing there was a problerm, I received a mail from mobicred saying my login has been resolve, now in the last 3days I tried to login to my account and its blocked or there is a problem.

Tried everythng and just can't get hold of them on all the platforms. I even went so far to phone RCS as the are a devision of them. cant help they said and put me through to mobiocred and the same thing happned, no help after holding again for 20min.

My next option will be to dispute by my bank and stop payment. Why pay for something, but there is mo service, or it seems that there is mo one working for them anymore. so why pay. I wana see how quick someone will phone me if I stop payment.

So, who ever from mobicred see this message. If I do not hear from you guys by end of the day, I will stop payment. And I do not just wana hear from you, I need this sorted out.
