What Customer Support?

I have been struggling for almost a month to get them to rectify an issue on my account so that I can make a purchase. They do not reply and when they do after the 6th mail they just never come back to you after that and the issue remains unresolved but have any issue with debit orders when you owe them they are on you like white on rice
