Waiting a month for feedback

My account was listed as expired. When I called they said they have to escalate to accounts department as I have more than enough credit. I am now waiting a month for feedback and every week I called, 4 times now, its been escalated & I should just wait. The accounts department will get back. A month I have been waiting, which is pathetic service. No proper SLA's or escalation process. Worst service ever.
