Waiting 3 weeks for refund

Mobicred is pathetic and *****. I have paid up my account. There is a credit of R 947.05. They only do transfers on Fridays. I have waited 3 Fridays. 1st excuse : their employee submitted it late. 2nd excuse : system problem. 3rd excuse ..... i refused to listen. When i asked for the lady's name she hang up the phone.Will i ever get my money ? I need this urgently. Emails after emails - no response. Mobicred does not answer their phone lines and they never call you back when you leave a voicemail in their option.
