User Account Locked

It has been over a week now. Still not helped. How difficult can it be to unlock a locked account?? First time it took less than a week, I got sent a link to my email address. Right now it has become impossible to get my account up and running again.

Send a link so I can unlock my account. Thats all I ask.

I have never been so FRUSTRATED in my entire life. End of the month, you debit your money without any difficulties but your customer service leaves a lot to desire.
