Useless Service and False Promises!!
Terrible service has been 2 weeks since my initial request for an account reset - and after all the false promises nothing has even been done! And the best the phone operators can tell me is I have followed up on the request…
What an utterly useless company that clearly has no need for new customers.
If anyone can recommend a competitor please do so!!!
