USELESS

I am absolutely GATVOL of this company now. Do not ever open an account with them. Because you will be paying it off until you die. I made the mistake of opening the account and unfortunately as with many people Covid saw that I had no income for a few months. I still made arrangements to pay off whatever I can through ITC business administrators who is more useless btw). This account had to be paid off by May as I made payments of more than the monthly installment. Today I received yet another statement saying that I owe them yet in July my statement said I owed R50.68 and I paid R70.00 then and there and now I owe almost double this? HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?!!! No one is willing to assist and the MCR agents place blame on ITCBA.
