USE MOBICRED AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!
Very very bad service. Very good initially but that's just to get you to sign on and take credit. After that good luck getting a settlement letter after settling your account. I've been sent from pillar to post after settling my account on 31 July 2023. I was told my account had been had been handed over to VVM since it was in arrears after being retrenched from my previous job. Understandably I settled my account when I got a new job but never got a settlement letter. When I asked for it from Mobicred they referred me to VVM, when I ask for it from VMM they send me back to Mobicred and on and on. Mobicred has the worst service hands down. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
