Unresponsive

Hi,

I completed an application for credit and for days I never got response back and managed to find another way to get a new phone. I sent them a request to cancel my application which they did but now they just keeping my profile with my information even though there is no longer a need for them to keep the profile, I've asked them to delete the profile with no luck. it's been over a month and no response.

It is at this moment that I wish I took the reviews I read about them serious and not even attempt them.
