Unresolved blocked account
I have never had a smooth purchase with them using my Virtual game card. The other time it took a whole week to get them to sort my account out as it wasn’t allowing me to purchase my bicycle until it got out of sale. Now I’m trying to buy something else and it says my account is blocked but it’s not allowing me to reset. I have been in contact but no help.
