Unprofessional service
I’ve been trying all week to try and re apply with Mobi cred. The WhatsApp option there’s always a delay on their response . I called in the guy said there be a link sent to me to re apply till today nothing.

There’s a special with one of your partners that’s ending today I’ve been trying to get help with mobi cred since last week in order to be in time within the special if I can’t get solutioned out today mobi cred will be useless the as they only reason I wanted to apply for mobi cred was because of the special .
I’m really disappointed on the service I got I’ve not solutioned out today rather cancel my application I sent a WhatsApp again today explained everything to Nwabisa she said she has escalated to the relevant department and an agent will get back to me.
I doubt that will happen has I’ve already experienced poor service from mobi cred
