Unprofessional Consultants

I got a credit from them on the 12th, since then i have been trying to buy, but i got the decline messages everytime i request the code, i called them everyday several times, i wrote emails and Whatsapps, unfortunately their service on those departments i give them -10 points, they never assisted me to this date, im thinking of canceling their product because im frustrated with this transaction.
