Unlock blocked account
It has been 4 days now of trying to contact Mobicred to assist with unlocking the account. WhatsApp, emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. It is extremely frustrating that the methods of communication provided are actually useless.

11 Aug 2023, 15:56This is actually frustrating. 4 days going on 5 - no one to assist on emails, whatsapp, facebook, instagram or phonecalls. Everyone is complaining about the same thing "blocked account". Why do you make resetting of password manual instead of automation and people can be able to reset their own passwords. This is ridiculous - what is the staff doing in the office if no one is there to pick up the phone or respond to emails. Why even publish contact details that you dont intend to utilise. Its an hour now and i am still waiting for the email you said you will send.
