Unhappy client

Good day,

I made purchase through Mr Delivery on the 20th of June. I then made payment via the Mobicred platform. Money went out of the mobicred account but Mr Delivery did not receive payment,

I then made a call to Mobicred for money to be refunded back to my account/ Mobicred account. I was informed the money will be sent within 7 working days,

I understood that part, i then called them and i was told they have not received feedback from (Yoyo) was promised to be given feedback till date no feedback has been provided, instead when i call different agents response ( expectedly so) but non of them could resolve my query,

I need this to be resolved by end of business.

I have been waiting for feedback since the last complaint i have, now i am trying to log in into my account it has been expired now what in the world is happening can someone urgently respond to this nonsense that's happening in my account. I have been paying so well ever since I have opened this nonsense, and now you decide to de-activate my account what is happening????/

I was told someone tried calling me yesterday, but no one bothered to make sure that they get in contact me with again since they couldn't get hold of me. I have then sent a message through your stupid WhatsApp bolt, and no-one responded.

If you are not scared of this platform i can take it further to get the customer service I deserve, someone better call me and resolve this query that has been long overdue.

Guys i am paying this account monthly no payment was missed ever since I signed up. Calling your call center is so frustrating😔
