Unauthorised debit order going off my account

I have been having unauthorised debit orders go off my account since June, I have never app**** for mobi credit loan and I was shocked when I was informed that someone used my details to apply for the loan, but the cellphone and email address did not match my details.... I was told last month when I called that this will be sorted out but still to date this still has not and the unauthorised debit orders are still going off my account, urgently sort this out because I am incurring charges to reverse a debit order that I know nothing about
