I made a purchase on a certified Mobicred store and I never received my purchase. I was then offered a refund by the merchant who eventually blocked me after numerous follow ups. 4 months later I informed Mobicred about the merchant. Instead of thanking me Natasja Maloney from Mobicred told me that it's my responsibility to check the merchant's credibility. Mobicred how do you support **** stores and expect the customer to vet stores while you allow **** stores on your platform?
