TWO AGENTS said they will resend a debicheck mandate sms

TWO AGENTS said they will resend a debicheck mandate sms. Nothing has been sent they said they will get someone to call me back to help me with a query. They did not. I had to call Three times. Twice which was NOT ANSWERED and the other I did get an agent but still no help... To conclude: Over promise but don't deliver. My query still never get sorted its been Three days.
