TWICE IN ONE MONTH ACCOUNT LOCKED!!!
Two weeks ago I struggled to reset my password. This week I tried to log into my account,it is locked. I called Mobicred 4 days ago notifying them of this and they said I had already passed the security checks teherfore in 2 days I will receive another password reset. It is 4 days later and I still have nothing.
I mean this is inconvenience on another level. TWICE IN ONE MONTH MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED!!!!!
