Turned down, because self-employed!

I am self-employed, a steady income, pay cash into my bank account every month, and Mobicred tells me because I am self-employed, and not registered as a business, or that there is proof that a company is paying money into my account, I don't qualify for Mobicred!!!! So what about the rest of the self-employed, unregistered people out there. Do they all get turned down???
