They change your Outstanding Balance as they please.

I honestly have never come across an institution like this. I pad an extra R1000 on my account on the 26th November and my Account details were as follows on the website on the 14th December: Open to Buy Amount: R11 039.39 and my outstanding balance R8960.61. When I logged onto the website today this was my balance: Open to buy amount: R10 848.82 and my outstanding balance R9151.18. It seems you guys ***** the extra money paid and just add more interest as you please. I cant wait to have my account paid in full and close it so that I do not have to deal with you anymore.
