The worst credit application

I had the worst credit application experience with Mobicred. Firstly...the online system of theirs is ****! I had to call in 5 times in one day to request assistance with my password. My account had to be reset a million times! The reset email came literally 24 hours later! The consultants seem very disinterested in helping. I have to do follow ups myself, no one says anything. I found out while trying to shop that my account was declined, when i call they tell me that my credit record was flagged for ***** and that i should call transunion. I did that only to find out that there is no such thing! I called them again and sent my credit record and till this day i haven't recieved s response from them! I've never seen such incompetence...like never!
