The only reason I'm selecting 5 stars is due to an agent named Mbali
The only reason I'm selecting 5 stars is due to an agent named Mbali. I have spent days going back and forth with different agents who could not solve my issue. Mbali literally sorted me out in a few minutes which goes to show how bad the other agents were at their jobs. As a customer support manager myself, I was impressed at her quick thinking and acting.
