The consultant was good and communicated effectively

The consultant was good and communicated effectively. She stipulated what the problem was, why my application wasnt approved yet as i app**** last year already. Nobody from Mobicred got in touch with me on why my application was denied hence the reason i reached out to mobicred. The consultant Khanyeez got in touch with me and explained why my application was not successful due to a small errror made on my side while I was applying. The problem that i have with mobicred at the moment is that, I waited for months and heard nothing back, not even why my application was denied or any form of communication. I had to reach out myself to find out how far my application was. I finally reached out and Khaneez told me why my application was denied. The mistake was made on my side which is totally understandable, but consultant indicated that they will wipe my previous application for me to do a new application. Fast forward 6 days and still no communication if my information was sc****d to create a new application. I had to once again reach out to mobicred to ask why haven't i heard anything back as of yet. I know how difficult it is to communicate effectively, but as a first time customer, i have serious doubts about mobicred based on my first interaction.
