The chat service is extremely slow
The chat service is extremely slow. You only get a response hours later. It's not a flowing conversation. You wait too long for a reply. The agent answered all my questions. Thank you. However, the delay in responding needs improvement. I always have to wait long to get resonse when contacting the whatsapp support
