Terrible service!!!
The customer service at Mobicred is terrible!!!! I’ve been trying the whole day to get someone to assist me and nothing. Held on the phone first for 20minutes no answer then over 50 minutes no answer. No answer on Theo WhatsApp, twitter, instagram or Facebook page!!! It’s as if they don’t exist!!!!!!TERRIBLE!!!!!!! And I am still not assisted!!!!!!
