Terrible customer support, don't bother!

They never respond to emails. The only way to get their attention is to NOT pay so they can give you a call, which is very unfortunate. It's funny how they are so quick to call when you haven't paid but when you need assistance, they don't give a damn. They are full of empty promises and take more than they actually should from your account. After paying them off, I will want nothing to do with them.
