Terrible

What a dissapointment. My application went well I thought. My sister got declined immediatly but she doeant have that great score. So mine wens well, did everything and the debit order mandate then the facial verification failed (failed my own facial reconizition). Like really!! Called in and said will resend link to do. Never did, now got a message saying been declined now. After even doing the debit order. Ive got a good score, all my things are uo to date. So they decline people who can actually afford to this.

Im actuallt so angry right noe and I dont get this upset usually. The fault came with facial verification, maybe get a better syster then!

My husband also wanted to, just gave him a call to inform him not to.
