STOP ENCOURAGING RECKLESS SPENDING

I have never experienced such bad service in my entire life. i called your company today to find out if I can decrease my credit limit and i was told i cannot do that. Apparently there is a new system in place and they can't decrease or increase the credit limit. I would understand if i was requesting an increase and they decline it. I am working on eventually closing this account by decreasing the limit until it's paid up and the supervisor told me i can simply stop using the card and i'm not forced to use it. What nonsense is that? decrease my limit to R6500 with immediate effect
