Stone age verification system

I have app**** at mobicred and no respond its been a week and Half now .How long does it take to verify a persons details .My details have been place on the portal but i still cant use it cause apparently they are still verify my details imagine .The only respond im getting is from Natasja is she or he the only person working in this company ? Why is customer service so slow, i self work as a customer service department and have never seen this .This company needs to get their act together . I am disappointed before applying i read all the reviews and thought maybe after ppl have complained they will change but Haibo its like they dont care. Please cancel my application i will buy this thing Cash .
