still no replies are there people working there

iv sent already few emails asking how long it takes just out of curiosity. still no reply

im still waitng to using my account iv uploaded my statements 3 times now and i have emailed the statements too

some one did try to get hold of me though facebook but ended up he leaft me hanging. im not happy so far and was very happy to start using my acount
