STAY AWAY - DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH MOBICRED
I strongly advise against taking up an account with Mobicred. The level of customer service has been by far the worst I have ever experienced in my 33 years. Emails go unanswered, and the WhatsApp support line is even more disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times, I often receive no response at all, or an agent responds after more than 48 hours only to close the chat within minutes if I am unable to reply instantly.
This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I have fully paid up my account a requested for the account to be closed but the account remains active, furthermore, I am owed a refund for a product I've recently returned, yet it has been impossible to get assistance from anyone regarding this matter.
The service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My experience has been one of deep frustration and disappointment, and I would strongly caution others to stay away.
