Settlement letter

I've been trying to get a settlement letter since the 8th Of Aug 2023. Today is the 17th. I've tried to phone where I can hear the agents, but no one is answering. I've sent numerous emails, Facebook message and Whatsapp. I've received one email reply where they say they will be sending a settlement letter shortly. Same with Whatsapp. They take ages to respond.
