Settlement letter

I requested for a settlement letter for my account, and still I have not received my settlement letter till now. I call and email the company every day and promised that they will send the letter but nothing is happening. The last call conversation I was told that mobicred does not issue settlement letters from dates 9th to 16th cause they have not charged the account interests and monthly fees. The thing is iam requesting for this letter cause I have app**** for a debt consolidation and they need the settlement letter to complete my application, so it looks like I will forfit my application because of Mobicred of not providing my settlement letter while other companies send the letter within 24hrs with no problem. My life is ruined by Mobicred since I want be debt reliefed, not happy at all, should I not opened the account. The sad part why they keep on saying I will receive my letter knowing well that's not the case they **** to me.
