Service lacking and pathetic

I contacted mobicred almost 3 weeks ago and after sending them the relevant documents i had to keep on calling them to hear whats the status of my application, when i do get hold of a consultant all they say is some will call you today before the end of business and i have heard that 4 times already and my last call was last Friday and its Monday again and nothing, their service is absolutely pathetic and their people they have working for them doesn't seem to take their jobs very seriously either... All i want to know is the status of my application, stop wasting everyone's time and money and get into contact with your clients!
