Seamless Exercise
Hi. I had the privilege to be assisted by Mumina this morning. Our interaction left a lasting impression. She explained a simple process better than anyone I've dealt with previously. It was about buying a mere voucher using the app. I'm asking myself what happened to others who tried to help, they confused me a lot, I'm also not saying they were bad but the difference is the human touch. She was professional, thoughtful, patient & kind. In addition explained how payment will work once I purchase. Well done Mumina, keep up the great work. I wish I deal with you more in future & please share best practice.
