After almost 4 wasted months of waiting for mobi-cred to sort my account out and call me back. Along came Unathi to whom I spoke recently and agreed that I've been waiting to long. She contacted me a day after. One day after and said that everything is sprted out I only need to update my details and everything is sorted.
