Refusing to close a settled account!

Mobicred is outright refusing to close an account that was settled weeks ago and to remove my details from their system. Im told that they are unable to close accounts at this time. What bullsh@t company is this!!!!! I am furious! Be warned that customer service is a term that is non existent to them! It took them 2 weeks to reverse interest of R7 after the account was settled after I phoned numerous times. They are extremely useless, their consultants and supervisors specifically Waseema are very unhelpful !
