Refusing to close a paid up account

I wish Hellopeter had a option to select 0 stars because this company deserves a 0 rating. I requested a settlement and paid the account and yet there is a balance reflecting which prevents me from closing the account. I have called 4 times and I keep receiving the same response. That the reversal request has been escalated to the supervisor. It is a now a week later and it has still not been done. A simple request. The lack of service is truly appalling. I want this account closed!!!!!!!!
