Reckless Lending!!!!!

I have had it with Mobicred and their pathetic service. It's as if no one works at this place and staff just take their own sweet time to process any requests. I reported two weeks ago that all my purchases are being declined. They told me they ran a new affordability check which resulted in me not being able to afford the credit anymore and it was because the expenses i entered when i opened the account was incorrect. How in the world did the affordability pass in the first place when my account was approved??? That is considered reckless lending Mobicred!!!! I have sent an updated list of expenses to your accounts department and i am still waiting for feedback. You messed up in a big way and you lack of urgency in trying to rectify the problem is disgusting.
