Profiling clients

I app**** for credit at Mobicred which was declined. I call to follow up on the reason why the application was declined I was told it’s due to low scoring. My transunion scoring is above 700 and I was told they require a scoring of 670. I have the cleanest and well managed credit and it been like that for years. My monthly disposal very good. Am I missing something here Mobicred? Are you guys somehow profiling the applicants? please explain this.
