PREDATORY credit provider
What an awful experience and a predatory credit provider. They still make you pay for returned goods that you have never received as their internal systems don’t “allow” for an adjustment once a refund is received after a certain date. They will not refund you the amount either. Very unprofessional and predatory.

I have been waiting a week and I still have not heard from Mobicred. I emailed them 10 days ago directly via their customer care email and I have yet to get a response. Once again very very poor customer service from Mobicred.
