Poor turnaround time to do a simple Account reset

Request for my account to be reset. Turnaround time was 24/48 hours. It's been more than 4 days and account is still not activated. I called them yesterday and they mentioned that they will escalate. Today I called back they said it takes another 24/48 hours because they escalated it. Time wasting and disgusting service! I'll never recommend them to anyone!
