Poor Service

I app**** on a Sunday evening and I got rejected instantly. got hold of an agent Monday and with the coldest tone I was told my score was low. funny thing is I had a copy of my credit score with me and I have pretty good credit and have now reviews against my name. Has anyone else had this happen to them? And how do Mobicred do their checks as it seems they dont contact the credit bureau
