Poor Service and No assistance provided re their providers

I opened an account with Mobicred. It is a very convenient payment plan for online purchases but they provide no assistance when you have an issue with one of their online providers. You would think that Mobicred vet companies before adding them on the list of providers. I made a purchase from Sleep Monk but had to return the item due to poor ,mediocre product quality. The company has been making excuses regarding the refund, that should in fact be credited back to my mobicred account!!!! When I contacted Mobicred to inform them of this they told me its not their business, I must deal with this provider on my own, this is after the nice lady on the phone requested that I send them a mail with all the comms between myself and Sleepmonk and they will also contact them from their side regarding the refund. I trusted Mobicred. I am posting this review so that others can be made aware that there is NO Customer Service / Assistance provided from this company. All they are after is your money.
