Poor service

Poor service once you open an account with mobicred they make you a slave, I have been requesting a settlement letter, sending proof of payments in settling the account. You don't get a statement from them, and boom they claim that you owe them and put a record against your name without you knowing. This is poor service and it is wrong. I have settled this account
